Rather than presenting the client as a subsidiary of UMS – a move which could potentially mitigate the overall visibility of Ultum
– we decided to start afresh and develop an original, dynamic brand for the client.
We researched heavily into the property consultancy landscape, learning us much about Ultum’s competition as possible.
This gave us a unique perspective when we progressed onto the design conception phase.
We knew exactly how to make the client stand out amongst the crowd. Ultum has since become a strong and sophisticated
extension of its parent company.
Now sporting its own unique voice, Ultum appears more specialised and knowledgable than ever before.
